    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

For MGMT 459, professor flaherty is a must. His exams are the same format as his study guides, which is a big help! Definitely could get an A in his course if you take the time to study.

    Course highlights:

He's funny and can really engage you into learning the subject. The professor also has a lot of real world experience in terms of HR, so if your an HR major, he could give you valuable advice and recommendations.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Definitely show up to class! He takes attendance every class and if your not there, you'll lose attendance points. Which counts for a good sum of points overall. Plus, he goes over difficult HW questions in class...which helps out big time!

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because the professor did a great job in explaining and providing real life examples.

    Course highlights:

What i absolutely loved about this course is when we would get into groups for each class. It made us be able to understand group dynamics better since we were put in similar situations.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

My best advice would be to show up for every class and do the work, you will be fine.
