    | Would recommend.

    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    I would recommend it because there is a lot of information to take in but it is very useful and will stick with you in your brain.

    Course highlights:

    Biggest highlight was learning what food is good to eat and why because food is a big part of our day and it's what keeps us healthy

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Be ready to learn and always stay on task with your classwork.
