Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It's been awhile since I have taken a class from professor Pelletier, but when I was in her class, She was an excellent teacher!! Out of my 4 years, her class was my absolute favorite.

    Course highlights:

my favorite topics covered, was the XY theory as well as Maslow's Hierarchy . She had this one assignment where we had to view a movie and analyze it by applying certain theories. I found that assignment particularly useful. It help me view topics in a different way.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

If you just review her slides and pay attention in class. You will do fine. She does a great job with explaining the topics during class.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Helpful and understanding. Does have weekly quizzes, but they are 8 q's long and easy. She drops your lowest quiz score. Quizzes are actually very helpful in remembering info for the test. Offers a lot of extra credit. Do study guide and review power points you'll ace the class! She is a wonderful woman!!

    Course highlights:

Professor Pelletier is one of the best teachers I have had in my four years at CSUSB. She is funny and knows OB like the back of her hand.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Great Instructor, by all means take her!!! she is very intelligent but most of all very clear and conscise. she talks alot and gives great examples that relate to the material she wants and expect the students to participate (which is a benefit to the student)!!
