    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The success of leadership training always depends on how it is done. Think back to the best manager you’ve ever had. I’m sure you can remember the person because good leaders are memorable… and excellent leaders are unforgettable. What was it about their leadership that motivated and encouraged you? For that same reason, I bet you can also remember your worst leader. Great leaders move us and inspire us to do our best work. That said, it is important that you have effective leaders in your workplace to empower and influence your people to achieve business and team goals.

    Course highlights:

Leadership building skills this included the personality test that is done in the first week of the course really helps the student define his or her strengths and weaknesses as a leader. The class itself teaches students how to benefit through communication and learning tools along with developing good judgement. Outstanding course.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Get involved with the weekly discussions and be an active participate with your team. Your team can make or break you as far as how far you succeed, so it is vital to always communicate and share views with your team. Teamwork is the backbone for helping the student with determining what skills are needed for each learning level.
