Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course is a wonderful way to integrate back into the business knowledge setting. The online layout that Professor Ferber set up makes assignments and discussions flow smoothly from the reading and research required.

    Course highlights:

I am currently still in process with this course, however I have learned about the importance of an organization's management structure, their vision and mission statements and how those things relate to the overall progress of the business. I am also fascinated with the different strategies and how they effect the outcomes in production and employee retention.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

The main thing in this course is to complete the readings. They are not too difficult but give you great insight for discussions. Those discussions not only give you participation points but also can help you better understand the concepts for the major assignment for the week.

I found this class helpful in determining my work and management style.

    Course highlights:

My highlight was the access to the Myers-Briggs test. This test is really expensive but provides great detail and insight.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

To really just take the time and read your materials
