    Makes you assess your own lifestyle and what you can do to improve your overall health and wellness

    Course highlights:

    The role that proper nutrition and exercise play in our lives. How the two combined can prevent various diseases and chronic illnesses.

    12+ hours

    Read the material its informative and it will prepare you for the assignments.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    This was a good class that provided insight about how to achieve overall well-being for physical and mental health.

    Course highlights:

    Through this course, I learned about different chronic illnesses and how to prevent them, how to create effective physical fitness plans, diet plans, and how to avoid and cope with depression.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

    For anyone taking this course, make sure you take the time to read the course material in full and watch the videos. There is a lot of good information that you do not want to miss out on and could help you and your family in the future.
