Not too easy. Not too difficult.
Growing up I had no idea what it meant to live well, or how much healthier I could feel! This course gave me a good understanding and basis on how to manage a healthy lifestyle. I am still in better shape than before having taken the course.
I learned what a balanced diet and exercise routine actually looked like. However, most importantly I learned the 'how's' and 'why's' of the impacts good or bad habits have on my body. Understanding gave me the motivation to make a real change in the right direction.

Advice for students:
The advice I would give to future students, is if you are instructed to go time yourself on running a mile, get up and actually do it! The more you put into the course the more you will get out of it!
