Not too easy. Not too difficult.
This course was not only full of great information but it was also helpful to understand how I can use the information to better myself and others around me. Knowing and understanding different aspects of health and fitness and how to use it in everyday life made it so that I could use the information given to pass it on to other individuals in my life and help them with their health and wellness goals.
There were a few highlights that really assisted me with learning the most out of this course including learning more about stress and understanding the effects it has on the body as well as more about health and nutrition. I did not understand a whole lot about nutrition labels and knowing how to read them but this course went into depth with a virtual game that was played along with answering questions and helping individuals out with their health and wellness goals. This allowed me to put my understanding into a real life setting and know how to help others with their goals. Learning more about stress and the effects it has on my body helped me realize how much stress I was under and how to bring my levels down so my body was healthier and I was achieving more of an overall wellness. This class was very helpful and I am now able to use the information in my life.

Some advice I would give for other students that may take this course is to use and understand the game assignments so that you can put the information into a real life situation and know how to assist others in their journey to thrive with their fitness and health goals. These assignments really helped me understand what the book and professor were trying to teach me and I was able to put it to work to not only understand better but also help others.
