Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I went into this course believing that there wasn't really anything I would get out of it. I was wrong. I learned a lot about nutrition, the human body, my body, and my health, that I will benefit from and utilize for the rest of my life. I am a business major so this is not my field either.

    Course highlights:

I learned great ways to incorporate nutrition into my lifestyle that I hadn't previously considered. I learned about the different ways that our bodies physically turn food into energy and other products, i.e. fats, cholesterol, proteins.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure to read the ebook chapters, because there is going to be a lengthy project at the end of the course that will require you to use most of that information.
