    I loved this course it opened my eyes to a lot of things and the discussions were pretty fun as well.

    The power points and the last assignment scenario.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    Mr. Meline was great with posting help and the course material was straight forward. Easier class.

    Course highlights:

    This class teaches you about nutrition, GMO's, organic foods and what you should be eating and doing to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

    6-8 hours

    Mr. Meline does not grade assignments immediately or give individual feedback unless necessary. Make sure you meet the discussion word count minimum (was 200 words per post).

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    I would recommend this course because it gave thorough explanation of different kinds of nutrition and how it helps our bodies. I enjoyed learned about different kinds of nutrition and what I need to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

    Course highlights:

    The highlights were during this class we took a three day test recording all of the foods we ate, how many calories were consumed and how much exercise we did. During this three day challenge I was able to see how many nutrients and healthy things i was putting into my body.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    be ready and willing to learn with an open mind and be able to keep up with the fast pace. This class requires your undivided attention and time and you can't miss anything.
