Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class was so full of useful information. It provided a guideline for good nutrition.

    Course highlights:

In this class, I learned so much about reading labels. That is something that I never did because I just did not know where and how to start. There was also a helpful guideline and program to track your calorie intake and how many calories you used in a day. I got a better understanding of how foods interact with each other and just how much we need daily to have a well-balanced diet.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Follow the reading, participate in class discussions, and ask questions.
