This course gives a better understanding of strategic plans and SWOT Analysis.
Analyze the impact of the external and internal environments associated with an organization’s strategic plan. Conduct a SWOTT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats, and Trends) analysis. Articulate value proposition, key activities, resources, and channels to market. Recommend an implementation strategy that addresses change management and corporate social responsibility as part of a strategic plan.
