Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The lab work included with the course provided extensive assistance in understanding the material. Also, the professor was patience in explaining the materials and demonstrating the formulas. He would review right up to the time the exams were given. The work was demanding, but the class atmosphere made the experience much easier. My sister passed away during my time in this class. My classmates and professor helped me progress so that I would not have to retake the class.

    Course highlights:

This course reminded me of principles learned years earlier. I was reintroduced to variables x and y. The course helped me to earn concepts develop skills for performing complex mathematical operations and problem solving by including applications to real-world problems. Honestly, I learned that math was not my forte. Additional math courses were only taken if required.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Anyone taking this course would do well to take it directly after College Math 1. The coursework is fast paced. So, students should be prepared to put the time in to do the work as it is assigned. Catching up would be very difficult.
