Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course is a great insight to what human resource managers and the HR department go through for a company. It allows me to see what they work so hard doing, no just for the employees and the company.

    Course highlights:

If you are going into the management field, it is imperative that you understand the human resource department and why they are so important to managers. They are the backbone of the company and give a lot of support tot he managers.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

It is a great course. Go for it! This course will allow you to give appreciation to the people who handle your payroll, who know your name although your company has 500 or more people. They give you so much support and knowledge. They make things happen. It is not a hard course, you get 3 credits earned!
