    | Would highly recommend.

    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    I would highly recommend taking this course, It instructs and teaches about the human body and how the body processes food. It also teaches about different diseases that the body can get and what to do about it.

    Course highlights:

    I learned a lot of the digestive system of the body. I also changed my eating habits for myself and my family. It was helpful in losing weight, by knowing how the human body digests and processes food, it helped me to eat differently and exercise more.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    I would advise to keep an open mind about this course, sometimes when studying and learning about the body, it is easy to become consumed with thinking every disease that is discussed that you will ultimately get. So just know that going into this class, the topics don't always pertain to you.
