This course is recommended if you are pursuing a degree in Hospitality or Business because it covers the more realistic organizations concerning food & beverage operations when customer service issues that pertain to the hospitality concerns.
Though most don't dream of pursuing food service goals when tacking the Hospitality dream, it is important to have an understanding of the ins and outs serving customers in this setting because in general, everyone eats and food can influence customers perceptions of a hotel or tourist areas for various cities, cruises or popular travel destinations. This course covers handing situations related to the food industry with staff, customers and vendors that can occur while managing these operations.

The only advising would be to keep an open mind when dealing with F&B issues. Though you personally may not feel as judgmental as the issues portrayed in this course, these scenarios are reflective to some customers that you could encounter that actually feel more strongly opinioned on the job your staff that you oversee does.
