    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course is because it teaches us about the value of taking care of bodies. This class teaches about infectious diseases and dieting.

    Course highlights:

I learned about how to prevent certain diseases such as heart disease, different cancers, hypertension and diabetes. It taught me that the BMI that is used in the doctor offices is outdated. It also demonstrates the different kinds of exercises that you can do each day in a short period of time.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Advice I would give students is to participate in all class discussions, turn in all assignments at the date and time that its requested. Finally, I would tell any person to complete their assignments first because they are worth more points than class participation.

    | Would not recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course, just not at this school. The information in the lessons were too vague and I could never actually learn anything new while I was there.

    Course highlights:

I didn't really learn much other than what I knew prior to starting the class.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I advise that if you're in this course at this school that you take your education into your own hands and utilize more external resources.
