    | Would recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This was a great course to get your mind going on what research goes in to having a successful business and being profitable.

    Course highlights:

I learned about different types of research conducted and how they benefit the consumer.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't take the course lightly. Really take the time to sit and learn about the importance of research and do your own research to learn more about the specific industry you are in or wanting to be in.

    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The class syllabus, course content, and course design are average. The instructor is not one I would recommend. In addition to the countless grammar issues in her online postings, she does not pose enough discussion questions for the class. Thus, the class is much less interactive than it could be. This is a major downfall in an online classroom setting.

    Course highlights:

The course requires written papers each week that build upon the previous week's writing. I find this format forces me to delve deeper into my subject while reinforcing what I learned the previous week.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

If this course is required, or is one you wish to take as an elective, I would recommend starting classroom conversations early in the week so you have an opportunity to collaborate with your classmates.
