    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    I was interested in becoming a dietician at one point and took this class.

    Course highlights:

    Habits of health and how to eat proper nutrition.

    3-5 hours

    Read the materials, lots of interesting reading.

    Easy A. Good information, if not extremely biased towards one modality of care.

    Discussions were interesting. Lots of busy work to get top grades.

    Be prepared for lots of word processing and copy/paste. Know your Google.
