Overall this course open my eyes on the simplest thing as the daily stress and your daily eating habit can affect you. How you take care of yourself can benefit you later in life such as longevity to be there for your children and grandchildren.

This course can change your ways if you are open to live a healthier way of life. It does not have to be drastic but a little could help a lot. Such as exercising and changing eating habits, picking healthier alternatives to your favorite foods, cooking at home instead of eating out all the time.
