    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I learned so much about accounting in this course that I know will be useful once I own my own business or get out there in the human resources field. This course will challenge you mentally and you might find yourself staying up late to finish assignments. I competed this course with an A and I couldn't be more proud.

    Course highlights:

Accounting isn't something that I ever thought I would use. I learned about accounting principles and the course has quizzes that teach you how to fill out your own financial statements. It is crucial that you comprehend how to budget and organize your financial statements correctly when working in business.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Do not wait til the end of the week to squeeze all of your coursework in because it is not possible. Study every day and utilize the great resources available to you through UOP. Get your participation done early in the week so that you can have time to work on the quizzes. Print the quizzes out and do them on paper before attempting them online. The website might time out and you will have to start your work over again. This happened to me after 2 hours of working on financial statements! I wanted to pull my hair out. Communicate with your teacher and your classmates for help and advice. Read the material given in Wiley plus. I learned the most with the interactive tutorials and the videos. This is not a class you can slack off in so put your best foot forward.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class because the coursework helps you learn so many interesting facts about accounting.

    Course highlights:

Where should I start. I learned about the general accounting principles, how to calculate assets and liabilities, and other different calculations.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

The main thing to succeed is by reading the book and doing the activities per week. Because basically reading the book helps prepare for the tests and also gives examples on how to work out the problems in the weekly activities.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This is a course in understanding your place in business finance to learn how to protect your current to future shares, dividends, assets and joint ventures. It helps you learn the bottom line in proceeds, loans, and applying the codes to the books.

    Course highlights:

I learn that scams are in every business scheme. I just know how to look out and not get trip or trap in the false reliability that it projects. The highlight is learning about the big companies that had fallen because of scams, greed, and deceiving the government with cooking their books. The key work is omission. All had left out the very important factor that got the in trouble. The key is integrity, all of these companies were practicing without integrity.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Please take good notes, use the Course Hero as your guide to success with all the tools it has to offer you. This website is the best in the world in my opinion to allow you to learn, share and to assist others in their quest to graduate in style.
