    | Would highly recommend.

    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    This course has helped me with understanding the legal sides and the recruiting sides of building employees and working with formal job offers as well as downsizing within a company.

    Course highlights:

    This Course worked with succession management and building of internal candidates. I have been working in my company to understand the succession plan that was put in place for me and this has been very helpful to tell me what I need to ask for or expect.

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

    Allow yourself enough time go communicate with other students within the class, their experiences can help you and allow you to grow with the class. I enjoyed how much peer review sources the instructor required, this gave me the opportunity to build me knowledge in my current job.
