    This was a very well rounded class. Covered a lot of areas.

    I gained a better understanding of nutrition.

    Course Overview:

    it is a great asset to aiding with beginning or maintaining a healthy eating lifestyle.

    Course highlights:

    I learned that low fat foods are not good for you. I learned that you can eat the seeds in the watermelon and they are Really good for you. And to eat things in moderation and add it to exercise and you will lose weight and maintain a healthy weight.

    This course teach you the importance of health and how much having a balance diet prevent you from chronical diseases.

    Course highlights:

    The highlights of this course for me whats learning about calories and watching what I intake , how will that affect me and my health. I learned How to eat a well balance meal and how important burning the calories I consume is.

    My advice for anyone considering this course is to take it the knowledge it contain its very valuable to us in our everyday life and health is importance to all of us.
