    I love University of Phoenix! The ease of online education with 24/7 hours of support and helpful services by all staff!

    Course highlights:

    I learned about how to write at graduate level. That it is important to know why each journal that you research is written and what their qualifications are as an author. Credibility is important.

    Communication skills are taught in this course that are necessary for all things in life.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    mandatory for the complete understanding of communication and the steps to take to become an effective communicator. The purpose behind being able to communicate your thoughts and ideas is also covered.

    Course highlights:

    Learned how to communicate on a graduate level including the reasons for format and standards set by APA v. 6. which was important to me.

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    Pay attention, do the reading and research, and do not let it overwhelm you.
