    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class teaches the basics of human resource management needed to succeed in the management world. However this course and teacher provided insights not only found in the book but also found in real life situations.

    Course highlights:

The basics of human resource would be the most beneficial thing that I learned from this course. Without this general knowledge found in this course, a manager could quickly get in trouble for unethical or questionable managing tactics.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Be prepared to research human resource management in places other than the text book. Be able to relate scenarios and HRM ideas to your current working position.

    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend it because having a human resource class branches the business knowledge that is necessary in any field of work.

    Course highlights:

I learned how an HR department establishes their objectives, how to apply interviewing techniques, and the potential risks associated with crossing ethical boundaries. There is obviously more in the class but these were just some highlights.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Be prepared to interact and talk with your fellow students and in front of class.
