Not too easy. Not too difficult.
This course has been a useful course for me in understanding how to work and communicate in a more business environment. The instructor has also been great with helping everyone in the discussions further their thoughts and opinions on the weekly topics discussed in class.
From this course I learned about communication with my colleagues and with upper management. I've learned how to have conversations or give presentations that showed the level of respect I have for my job and those I work with. I learned how to identify the lack of preparation for conversations and presentations and how to properly prepare for those situations.

This course is a required course in the program for the University of Phoenix. My advice to those going to take this course is that you should give yourself time to complete the assignments and even if the course and the work seems easy you should still take it seriously. There is a reason for every course you take and the best thing that I could take from this course was how to handle myself in the more professional business environment.
