    | Would highly recommend.

    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    I enjoyed this class and learned a great deal from it. The professor was helpful and willing to answer questions while also helping me find answers within myself.

    Course highlights:

    Eating well and being able to honestly assess my own healthy habits or lack thereof. I have been able to re evaluate my eating habits and change some behavior to initiate exercising more, be more diligent with my health care and eat better too

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    Its a great course to give you helpful insight into your family health history, your risks for health issues and your current healthy or unhealthy behaviors and how to effectively change those habits if they are posing a threat to your well being. The class is non judgmental but very informative.
