    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The course was very interesting and necessary to be successful in the IT field. In addition, the Instructor had a well constructed and written syllabus, gave us advice on what tool to use, and how to us them to create our assigned essays, he kept all students informed of changes to syllabus all through the nine weeks of the course, he graded assignments in a timely manner, responded to discussion forms with feed back, and gave feed back on assignments and got involved in discussion forms as well, and finally gave us tips on how to do well on our final essay/exam.

    Course highlights:

The course gave me the knowledge of an introductory role as an IT professional who would have the responsibilities, and skills required to meet the professional computer support PC Technician and provide extraordinary computer support services. Also, the fundamental of customer service with end-users, effective questioning, verbal and non-verbal communication, onsite support, telephone support, remote e-commerce support, and dealing with difficult customer issues. This course deals with remote access to hands-on, real world customer support scenario

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

I would suggest read the syllabus carefully, follow instructions on the syllabus, turn in assignment on time, participate in threaded discussion, and give feed back, use all tools available and study hard and long and you should do well.
