    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    Provides extended learning on discrimination laws that is important in today's time. Many do not realize the limits that are crossed on the job, and society as a whole. This course will provide a coverage that defines the importance for employees and employers.

    Course highlights:

    Discrimination Laws, Labor Laws and how they are applied in the workforce for employees and employers.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    I took the course as part of the HR certificate program. I would advise taking this course, as it gives you the laws that are needed in the workplace to follow. Before taking this course, I was unaware of much, but gained/learned a lot once completed.
