    This class was tough.

This course covers so many aspects regarding business leadership and provides further insights to the student aspiring to excel in this field.

    Course highlights:

This course demonstrated the skills needed to become an influential leader.

    Hours per week:

    Advice for students:

As with all courses, the effort that is applied will be considerable, as will be the result. Being lackadaisical in regard to studying, reading and doing homework has no place in academics.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The course has definitely provided a deeper understanding of leadership theories, characteristics and traits displayed in leaders. You are also forced through the learning to conduct self evaluating of your leadership style and how others may view you. The instructor is very hands on and committed to each student exceling and provides answers to all of our questions. Very informative course, with a wealth of knowledge for those enrolled in the course.

    Course highlights:

I learned what type of leader I really am and not what I consider myself. I begin to understand what others have not told me regarding my leadership style. Self evaluating is something that occurs every week of the course whether it is intended or not it will occur.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Course hero has definitely been a great source of reference during this course of study. This level of study is not like the masters and undergrad level and therefore having a tool such as this is much needed, in order to make research a lot less challenging.

    Course highlights:

Leaders are not necessarily good or bad but you get to decide what type of leader you will be.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't get behind on the reading.
