Pretty easy, overall.
I really enjoyed this class. It went over nutrition and our nutritional needs. I work out and eat clean and this helped me to stay focused on my program. I would recommend to everyone. The professor was really helpful also and interactive.
I like the diary we were suppose to keep. It really kept me focused on the class and involved. The final paper was on nutrition during pregnancy. The reading was very informative and although I thought I new quite a bit about nutrition, I learned much more.

Do the reading. It is not only necessary but very informative and has so many things we can use in our daily lives. Get past the 1st week to really get into the science of nutrition. You will learn why we gain weight, what to eat to stay healthy and how to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
