    Great course for any Business student

    Course highlights:

    I've gained a lot of knowledge on the financial side of business. Different ratios and formulas to calculate everyday business financials and inventory.

    Advice for students:

    Financial business there is a lot to business and this is a big part of it.

    She was a great instructor. She had a good grasp on the subject matter.

    I learned how detailed it is trying to navigate this complex subject.

    The reading is the hardest part. I had issues staying focused on what can be boring and mundane at times.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    I would recommend this course. It is quite interesting learning environmental economics and how economics factors into the environment specifically.

    Course highlights:

    The highlight was the first team project doing a benefit cost analysis on our chosen area, oil sands in Alberta. I learned how complex all of the various impacts interact with each other.

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

    I would say to get the reading completed early. Class participation is the area that has helped me the most throughout all of my courses. I am in the online program.
