    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    There are so many different things that you learn. I've been working for years and there are still a lot of things that I learned in this course. It can help you in so many ways to manage yourself and others.

    Course highlights:

    It teaches you how to be a better employee. This can lead to promotions and manager positions. It can teach you how to manage yourself and your co workers. Everybody has a different personality and a different way to handle things. This class teaches you all that.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

    It's a very informative and beneficial class to take. Even if you do not plan on becoming a manager, it teaches you how to be a better employee. This way you have a better chance or growth and promotion.

    Course Overview:

    The classroom discussions were more lively than past classes because we were all fascinated by one another's reactions to different situations and how we functioned in previous roles in comparison to others. It was very insightful and engaging.

    Course highlights:

    I believe this course offered a lot of insight into personal development and personality traits. It investigated personality profiles, which I found to be the most interesting part of the course. We learned a great deal about our own traits and investigated others.

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    Bring to the course an open mind. Investigate individuals and organizations around you. Understand your own personality and how you function in different environments.
