    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    This course is awesome, especially if you are in the medical field and is seeking room for growth and development. It deals with all aspects of leadership, teamwork and how to work in an adverse environment how to adjust to different conditions and how to deal with people from different backgrounds or cultures. How to manage and how to lead people in their daily routines

    Course highlights:

    I learned how to be a leader, supervisory or manager, how to work with people from different cultures and environment, team work and most of all to show respect and to accept people for who they are.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    It is awesome, if you are in the medical field and wants to be a leader then this is the right course for you. It gives you great incite of leadership, dealing with people of different color, race backgrounds and age. Teaches you how to work in groups and how team work plays and important part in achieving cooperation goals.

    I would recommend this course because in learning how to help others, you find out a great deal about yourself, and if you are really ready to make self sacrifices.

    Course highlights:

    I gained insight on what it truly meant to help someone else, and that morally, we pave the way for those in need. We help them to see what it means to be responsible.
