Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Strategic management & production operation management is a course that you will take with you in every business area. I love this course because it teaches you how to see the bigger picture.

    Course highlights:

I learned that strategic management is a part of daily business and to understand this is to apply what you have learned to your daily jobs in any industry. I think about Disney and how their strategic management involves operations, consumer products and the target audience. Their organization thrives on the theory of strategy - and that is to learn daily on how to gain competitive advantages over your competition in an extraordinary way.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

The advice I would give to students considering this course is to read your textbook. There is a fount of knowledge and case studies in the book that will make it applicable and understanding.
