Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This is an important course for the I/O Professional. Ethical issues come up and we need to be prepared to understand the steps that will need to be taken to avoid problems. The course helps us learn to recognize problems that may or may not occur.

    Course highlights:

This course really helped me see how important ethics are. I think I kind of just took things for granted but after reading the materials and working through the assignments, I really see how critical it is to understand how easily things can go wrong if we are not careful. One thing I remember that was repeated often, was to seek out our peers when issue come up. Talk things through and get advise. Don't think we have to struggle alone. Our peers will be more than willing to help us talk things through.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

I always read through the list of assignments and then did my reading through out the week. This way I was prepared to work the assignments over the weekend without too much difficulty. I would recommend being thorough when preparing for he assignments. Read all the material and make use of the University library. There is a lot of material available. Make use of it.
