Not too easy. Not too difficult.
I would recommend this course if you are interested about learning about a specific branch of psychology. However, if you are wanting to learn more about the specifics of how the mind works and such it isn't the class for you. This looks straight at what the I/O psychologist does.
We learned what I/O psychologists do, how this can effect the workplace, ethics and implications, as well as why they can be necessary. It was interesting to learn about a new type of career in the field.

Advice for students:
Make sure that you do the reading, it will be needed for the projects required in the course. A lot of research is also needed as you will have to do some outside of what is available in the class. It is nice having only 2 learning team projects and 2 individual projects. Make sure to pay attention, your final project will go over everything.
