Not too easy. Not too difficult.
I didn't feel like there was much support being that it was an online school and I had no Campus to go to. I actually put school on hold for awhile because I had a family to feed and felt that I couldn't do it at the time. I regret thinking that way and making that decision. I am know back in school. I would advise any young fathers/husbands out there to not let anything hold you back from creating a better life for your family. If you are like me and can't go the online route, go to a physical school with a physical building and find the time for your coursework. If I had taken one course a semester and paid for my classes out of pocket I would have graduated a few years ago. Find a compass to your personal success and never stray.
What I gained from this course was communications skills that I will take with me to any course and any job.

Advice for students:
If your not a writer remember two things. First it's a required course. Second it's a required course! Meaning, you have gotta do it. So prepare yourself. It will take time to do your research. One thing I've learned is whenever you have the option, pick something you already know about. It also does not hurt for you to pick a topic that you are passionate about. It definitely helps for you not to fall asleep on your research. Good luck!
