    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This class was extremely reading material heavy. The submissions for homework were mid week which made it very difficult working a full time position and also going to school full time.

    Course highlights:

I was able to learn about Positive Psychology and how to better find myself and my inner beliefs. However, I was not able to learn as much as I would have liked due to aggressive deadline requirements for the course.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Time management for this course is key. You cannot skim through this course, expect to sit down and read and reflect on the course materials.
