    | Would recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The reason why i would recommend this course is because it helps and teaches you about the different things in Microsoft. Like: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and more.

    Course highlights:

Well first off, with this course there were a few things i learned when it came down to Excel and Word. There was so much i learned for Excel because i have never used it before. Now with Word, there was one part i learned that i never knew about and it was the Thesaurus.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Just keep focused on your main goal in life. What keeps me going in school to get all As and maybe some Bs are my kids. It not only shows them "hey if mommy can do it so can I". plus i want to be able to find a great job that i can actually stay at for the rest of my life and retire from. i want to be able to support my kids with no help from anyone since i am a single mom.

    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This class was a lot of memorization of abbreviations and what they mean. They also taught us about how technologies can be used in supporting different types of electronic commerce. This doesn't sound too horrible, but they did shove an abundance of information in a very short amount of time (five weeks).

    Course highlights:

I learned how to communicate business messages through word processing tools. I also learned about wireless technologies and networks and how they are used in a business environment. I was taught about the pros and cons to social networking in a professional establishment.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

When considering this course, I would prepare by getting a thousand flashcards. It is easier to remember all of their abbreviations when flashcards are filled out each week, Plus it is always a bonus to use them on the tests and quizzes, considering they are timed.
