Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course provided the fundamental information needed for anyone interested in becoming an Electronic Health Records (EHR) Specialist.

    Course highlights:

EHR Specialists enter data into patient's health records and assist with the daily operations in a medical office. This class introduced a current health records electronic system and taught the basic and most important concepts necessary to use that system.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Take a lot of notes. When the videos are giving you an example on how to navigate through the EHR system write down notes as you go, so that when it is time for you to do it on your own you can refer back to what you wrote down.
