Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This is an eye opener as to what can happen if child abuse and neglect or prolonged and not righted. You may not see it on a large scale but the kids who are affected by this do feel this and they can continue this behavior as it's all they know.

    Course highlights:

I gained new views and new techniques that can be used when working with kids who are being abused and neglected. Taking them away from the parents is not always the best action right away if at all. That astounded me. Why wouldn't you take them out of the situation right away? But I now know that it may hinder the situation rather than help it.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Come in with an open mind. You may think that you know what's going to happen, but that's not always the case.
