    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it isn't your average communication course. It is challenging and it requires research that enables the researcher to gain a clearer understanding of what research is. The ability to learn how to break down content analysis, forming a hypothesis, and developing a research question that will lead the student in different directions. The challenges in this course are interesting and I would definitely recommend it to those who enjoy researching.

    Course highlights:

I am currently still enrolled in this course but so far I have learned the importance of working in a team environment. I have learned that you have to be willing to read and ask questions in order to gain understanding. I have learned the importance behind in depth research and how wonderful the end results are once everything is brought together. I have learned in a difficult way how to analyze content through codes.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

The more you read the more you will understand, and there is never a question that can't be answered. There will be times when you will be confused about the information you are reading, but the good thing is there are sources out there that can help you. Even if you feel like you will never gain understanding of what is being taught, there are always options that will lead you where you need to be.
