    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I learned a lot about people (including myself). Mental health is something everyone should be familiar with. It helps when dealing with other people, and being able to understand things from their point of view.

    Course highlights:

Positive Psychology puts you in the scenario and allows you to chose the outcome. If your interested in knowing why people do the things they do, this is a great class.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Take this course! It was enjoyable and you gain usable knowledge.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Even though this course is just the start of my psychology classes to my psychology degree, I found it very informational. There was a lot of work to do and before this, I did not like writing papers. During this class, we had to write one or two papers a week, and I can honestly say, I really don't mind writing papers now. I actually kind of get excited! I learned a lot of interesting things from this class that I hope to take with me throughout my career and life.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot in this class such as how to write papers better. But I also learned a lot about Positive Psychology and personality traits that I will take with me everywhere. I even had my husband doing some of the personality tests. But I also learned about goal setting, and how to handle bad situations and turn them into something good. I really enjoyed putting the presentations and brochure together, it was a lot of fun!

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Get ready to do a lot of reading, and spend a lot of time doing the learning activities. Even though it is really interesting stuff, it is very time consuming. And since the book for this class is not in your bookshelf or ebook, I printed off all the chapters to make it easier to write my notes and highlight the important things.
