    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I recommend this class because it was very insightful. I have always did research but this was more in detail of how to do research.

    Course highlights:

I learned about descriptive and inferential statistics. Descriptive statistics use data to provide descriptions of a population, through numerical calculations or graphs or tables. Inferential statistics makes predictions about a population based on a sample of data taken from the population in question. This was interesting and at first difficult to understand but the weekly readings really helped.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

The advice that I would give other students considering this course would be to take the time and read the weekly readings. Make sure you use your time wisely when it comes to doing your assignments. With the team assignments, assign every their portion at the beginning of the week so everyone would know what portion they are doing and can management their time.
