    Course highlights:

    The highlights of this course were the laws and roles that are important for strategic management of employees. I learned that you must become proactive in your role in any level of management.

    Advice for students:

    Time the time to comprehend the material. Don't go through this course just t finish it only to forgot everything as this course is an introduction to more in depth future course material.
