    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    This was class was very informational. It provided students with the skills and resources to have the ability to communicate effectively with customers, peers, and other individuals. To work and be successful in the healthcare industry, one must be able to communicate and translate information where it can be understood.

    Course highlights:

    Active Listening was a highlight of this course. Many individuals seem to forget the main part of the communication process, which is to actually listen before responding. It is crucial to always listen, before you communicate information back to a person.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Read and Retain the information and apply it your daily life. When it comes to communication, that is something you will always be required to do. It is necessary within every aspect of life.

    Course Overview:

    This course explained the importance of communication. Communication is key in the health care field.

    Course highlights:

    I learned how to use my communication skills I thought I had and expand them. I learned how to think outside of the box and look at myself from the eyes of others.

    Advice for students:

    I recommend this course because it enlightened me to a lot of things to look for in health care. I would say to remain focused and really take the course seriously.

    Course Overview:

    Our professor has some really insightful thoughts and is always available for any questions. Also, the discussions are lively and never boring so there are are a lot of new information that is good to know!

    Course highlights:

    I learned how to be a more effective communicator by listening and being more open minded.

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

    Do not be afraid to ask for help whether from the teacher or your fellow classmates.
