Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class because communication is very hard to accomplish in today's world. With technology everywhere, I feel that technology has taken the place of a good conversation. This class can open up doors to teach and make you feel comfortable talking face to face. Everyone walks with their heads down, no one says hello, keep your head high, and look someone in the eyes, shake their hands, smile. Having the education in communicating will help you succeed with your future adventures.

    Course highlights:

This class teaches how to communicate both verbal and with technology. How to deal with conflicts within the organization and with your team. How to problem solve and how to generate your team to work together and be a successful unit. I learned in this class that everyone is different, everyone's work ethic is different. Motivation in people can vary, you have to learn how to reach everyone on your team. Keeping your team motivated and happy, makes the environment motivated and happy.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

When you write your posts and papers, write them in your own words. Read and learn about the topic, cite your references, but always try to use your own thoughts and words when commenting. I see a lot of students that write words from the book, with citations, which is correct, but never put their own expressions into it. Show yourself through your words.
