    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

The course teaches a lot about why team work is so important. Some take team work for granted but don't realize that it's needed in order to succeed because working alone won't help progress your learning.

    Course highlights:

I learned that being in a group helps lead to something new. When each person brings up an idea another person may think of ways to improve it which helps create new ideas and end up with advances in life such as the smart phone.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Common knowledge of what a group is and what it takes to be a group leader is needed. When knowing how groups function and how to be the leader of the group you can basically expand your common knowledge and start reflecting it upon yourself on how to be a leader and then your knowledge will basically be as if it was straight out of a text book.
