Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class helped me develop a better understanding in Addictions. As an addictions counselor, it broadened my learning in co-dependency and helping families deal with their part in the addiction cycle.

    Course highlights:

I gained knowledge of how families and loved ones help in the demise of addiction. Not only does the addict need the help but so do these depedent partners and families. Codependency is just as bad as it results in giving an addict the tools to stay an addict. Being able to teach or counsel in codepency helped me realize I needed to learn so much more.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Its a great class to learn about families in addiction. It also helps as a credit towards an Addiction Certificate.
