    I recommend this class to learn how employees behave and the effect it has on production in the workplace.

    Course highlights:

    I learned what organizational behavior is in the workplace. How the environment of the workplace affect workers and how the manager controls the atmosphere.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    I'd recommend this course, simply because it is important for future health care professionals to understand the impact of organizational behavior in the workplace. Individuals that come from different cultures and backgrounds bring diversity and creativity into the work environment, which allows for teamwork and maximum productivity.

    Course highlights:

    The best leaders know that it is crucial to ensure that all employees and team members are encouraged to create interpersonal relationships to establish trust within the workplace. This will allow employees to collaborate and work together to achieve common goals and maximize productivity.
